Platform User Terms

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEVENFOLD INC.’S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES NOT EXCEEDING U.S. $100.
